About Ryan
Ryan Taylor is a senior associate in Arnold Bloch Leibler’s Corporate, M&A and Capital Markets practice group in Melbourne.
Ryan’s transactional experience involves advising ASX-listed entities, large privately held companies, high net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs on public and private acquisition opportunities, equity raisings, corporate governance and general advisory matters. Ryan acts for clients in several prominent and dynamic industries, including technology, pharmaceuticals, wagering and retail.
Ryan joined Arnold Bloch Leibler in 2020 and was admitted to practice in 2021. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law with Honours from Monash University.

- Premier Investments Limited: in relation to the proposed demerger of Smiggle into a separate listed entity
- betr: in relation to its landmark $50 million merger with ASX-listed BlueBet Holdings Limited (now betr Entertainment Limited) and associated $20 million capital raising

- National Veterinary Associates Inc: in relation to the sale by European private equity firm JAB to EQT Group of VetPartners, Australia and New Zealand’s largest provider of veterinary and animal health services
- GenesisCare: acted as Australian counsel for the new major equity owners of GenesisCare, one of Australia’s largest providers of cancer services, in connection with a debt-for-equity swap as part of GenesisCare’s US$2.1 billion restructure
- ME Bank: in relation to the $1.325 billion sale by 26 Australian industry super funds to Bank of Queensland Ltd
- Parc Capital: in relation to the merger of allied health services business Kinela with Humanity Health Group
- TMG Developments: in relation to the sale of the Manly Wharf retail and hospitality facility and hotel business
