ABL advises National Veterinary Associates on sale of VetPartners to EQT Group

Arnold Bloch Leibler have advised National Veterinary Associates (NVA) on the sale of VetPartners, its Australian and New Zealand veterinary and animal health services business, to EQT Group, a Scandinavian private equity firm.

NVA is ultimately owned by JAB, a European private equity fund, and this transaction marks yet another milestone in ABL's enduring partnership with JAB.

Our team worked in close collaboration with investment bank Jefferies, US legal counsel Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Australian financial advisors EY.
