About Megan
Megan is a Senior Associate in the firm’s commercial team in Sydney, specialising in both private and public M&A, capital markets and corporate governance.
Megan advises a diverse range of commercial clients, including ASX listed and private companies and high net worth investors.
Megan’s transactional experience spans complex, high-value deals involving ASX listed entities to smaller, strategic acquisitions. She is regularly engaged on mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, shareholder activism, and governance issues across a range of industries. Megan is known for offering commercially minded advice in dynamic and high-stakes environments.
Megan joined Arnold Bloch Leibler in 2021 after being admitted to practice in 2018. She holds a Juris Doctor with Honours from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Social Work at the University of New South Wales. Before commencing her legal career, Megan worked in the not-for-profit sector as a social worker, bringing a grounded, client-focused perspective to her legal practice.

- See-Saw Films, award-winning film and television production powerhouse (see “Slow Horses”, “The King’s Speech” and “Lion”): in relation to its sale of 51% majority stake to French media conglomerate Mediawan S.A.
- Chargrill Charlie's: in relation to its sale to Craveable Brands
- SEEK Group: in relation to the separation of its investment business from its core operating recruitment and job search business, and the creation of the new $1.7b SEEK Growth Fund
