The transaction is another significant milestone for Oxanda Education, once again highlighting the quality of its portfolio and standard of excellence.
The transaction will strengthen Affinity’s presence across Australia’s east coast with five centres located in Victoria, four in NSW and two in Queensland.
The ABL transaction team was led by Corporate and M&A partner Gavin Hammerschlag, and was supported by lawyers Michelle Ainsworth and Megan Hosiosky. Additional specialist advice was provided by ABL’s property team, including senior associates Briely Trollope and Brianna Youngson.
