Arnold Bloch Leibler has acted as Australian legal counsel for UK and Australian based See-Saw Films on its sale of a majority 51% stake to French media conglomerate Mediawan S.A., a leading European audiovisual international production and distribution group.

UK and Australian-based production company See-Saw Films is renowned for its critically acclaimed film and television productions, boasting 5 Oscars, 13 Emmys, 5 Golden Globes and 15 BAFTAs. Its successes include hit TV shows “Slow Horses” (Apple TV), “Apple Cider Vinegar” (Netflix) and acclaimed, award-winning films including “One Life”, “The King’s Speech” and “Lion”.
