Arnold Bloch Leibler has advised medical prescriptions business, InstantScripts, on its agreement for 100% of the shares in the company to be acquired by Australian Pharmaceutical Industries, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wesfarmers Limited, with a sale price of approximately $135 million.
InstantScripts, allows patients to obtain express medical scrips online for more than 300 medicines and gained interest from Wesfarmers as it looks to build out its health division.
Corporate and M&A partner Jeremy Leibler led the deal with the assistance of senior associates Gabriel Sakkal, Ari Bendet, lawyer Stephanie Aitken and law graduate Omer Samuni.
