Molly Scott is a Senior Associate in Arnold Bloch Leibler's Dispute Resolution & Litigation practice group in Melbourne.
Molly has acted for individuals and companies in a range of matters in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the Federal Court of Australia, including in insolvency and restructuring, general commercial disputes, regulatory investigations, high net worth estate disputes and shareholder oppression actions.
Molly was admitted to practice in March 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Laws (Hons) from Monash University.

- ME Bank: Advising on regulatory issues for the $1.325 billion sale to the Bank of Queensland
Insolvency and restructuring
- the Voluntary Administrators of OneSteel: in relation to the administration of a major steel manufacturer, including in proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia
Shareholder oppression and corporate governance
- Various corporations and individuals: Advising on corporate governance, including in relation to board and shareholder disputes and directors’ duties
