Contracts signed on two Time & Place development projects

Arnold Bloch Leibler has advised Australian property developer Time & Place on the construction contracts for two large development projects located in NSW and Victoria.

Bourke & Bowden - $230 million office complex

Property & Development partner Kevin Frawley and senior associate Michael Repse advised on the design and construction contracts for Bourke & Bowden, a $230 million office complex located in Sydney’s Alexandria.

The new campus-style office precinct will include a wellness centre, end-of-trip facilities, co-working spaces and meeting rooms with buildings centered around a large public courtyard.

In The Urban Developer, Time & Place director Evan Papadopoulos commented: “We are passionate about the evolution of the South Sydney office precinct. We think Alexandria is the most exciting part of this market.”

The project is anticipated to be completed by 2023.

The Queensbridge Building - $410 million residential tower

The team also acted on the construction contracts for a 62-storey residential tower – ‘The Queensbridge Building’ in Melbourne’s Southbank – which on completion will boast 367 apartments and a 200-room hotel.

The tower will feature outdoor cabanas, private pool, sauna and steam room, gym, yoga studio, boxing ring and private treatment rooms. There will also be co-working spaces, a café, providore, private dining room and dog spa.

Construction has commenced and the project is due for completion in early 2025.

Senior Associate Michael Repse commented on the transactions: “Congratulations to the team at Time & Place on the commencement of these two significant projects in Melbourne and Sydney. We look forward to seeing the developments on completion.”
