SP Setia - a long-standing client of ABL - is one of Malaysia’s leading property developers. It has a strong presence in Melbourne with a number of iconic projects, including Fulton Lane, Parque, Maison Carnegie and Marque Prahran.
Property & Development Partner Kevin Frawley and Lawyer, Michael Repse signed the documents for the two developments last week.

Sapphire by the Gardens (pictured in main image) located at 308 Exhibition Street, Melbourne comprises of 327 apartment and a luxury Shangri-La hotel across two towers. The hotel will feature approximately 500 guest rooms and include shared podium, a gym, health and recreation centre, and an extravagant grand ballroom overlooking Carlton gardens. The eastern tower will house over 300 residential apartments.
UNO Melbourne, based at 111-125 A’Beckett Street, Melbourne comprises of 634 apartments.
Both developments are expected to be completed by 2022.
