ABL advises Stile Education on its strategic sale to Curriculum Associates website

Arnold Bloch Leibler has advised leading academic provider Stile Education on its strategic sale to Curriculum Associates, a renowned US-based provider of technology-enabled assessment and instructional programs.

Stile Education, founded by Alan Finkel, Byron Scaf, and Danny Pikler, is an Australian supplier of interactive middle school science curriculum aligned to the Next Generation Science Standards. This significant transaction marks a pivotal moment for the company, as its highly regarded science offering will now expand Curriculum Associates' core instructional portfolio.

Stile Education will maintain its independent operations in Australia while also expanding its reach into US classrooms as a core component of Curriculum Associates.

The ABL team advising Stile Education was led by Corporate and M&A partner Jason van Grieken, alongside senior associate Cameron Sivwright and law graduate Robyn Kalkhoven.
