Arnold Bloch Leibler has acted for Slater & Gordon in the successful renegotiation of the law firm’s two enterprise agreements.
The ABL team - working alongside KordaMentha Corporate - comprised of Special Counsel, Bridget Little, and Senior Associate, Rachel Soh.
The renegotiation of the enterprise agreements represents an important component of the firm’s broader turnaround strategy. The enterprise agreements, which cover legal and support staff, were approved by the Fair Work Commission in early January.
