Arnold Bloch Leibler has advised private equity firm Five V Capital on its acquisition of a majority stake in Australian mining technology company FTP Solutions.
Founded in 2012, FTP Solutions develops advanced monitoring and operational intelligence software for the mining and agriculture sectors. Five V Capital’s investment will support the continued expansion of FTP Solutions and the development of its technology, as the company broadens its product capabilities and international reach.
Arnold Bloch Leibler’s transaction team was led by Commercial partner Jeremy Leibler and senior associate Ari Bendet, and supported by lawyers Noah Abelman and Tamara Wilson.
