ABL advises Cygnett on strategic investment from Wentronic Group

Arnold Bloch Leibler has acted for the shareholders of digital accessories brand Cygnett on the sale of an 80% stake to Wentronic Group, a leading global distributor and manufacturer of consumer electronics accessories.

Cygnett was established in 2003 by the Swann family and is an internationally recognised brand that brings together designers, engineers and technologists to create better every day experiences with technology. Cygnett supplies products across Australia, the UK, US, Europe, New Zealand, Singapore, UAE and the Philippines.
 
Headquartered in Germany, Wentronic is a family-owned consumer electronics accessories business established in 1992 and led by the Wendt family, with an extensive distribution network spanning Europe and other key international markets.
 
The partnership with culturally aligned Wentronic will provide Cygnett with enhanced access to international growth opportunities, shared market insights and supply chain efficiencies.
 
Arnold Bloch Leibler advised the Cygnett shareholders through the entire transaction and competitive process.
