Arnold Bloch Leibler has advised leading, independent Australian property investment company, Centennial, on the financing in connection with the acquisition of the initial seed assets for its first open-ended fund.
The Centennial Metro Industrial Fund (CENMIF), is an active property fund providing investors access to a portfolio of Australian metro industrial and logistics properties. The fund’s initial portfolio comprises two fully occupied assets in NSW and South Australia.
The financing advice in relation to the syndicated facilities and associated security structure was led by Banking & Finance partner Nathan Briner and senior associate Luise Squire, with assistance from lawyer Liam Johnson.
Nathan Briner commented: “We are very pleased to have supported Centennial on the financing of the initial seed asset acquisitions for its first open-ended fund and look forward to supporting Centennial as the fund continues to expand.”
