Arnold Bloch Leibler has advised Bodycare Workplace Solutions and its shareholders on Bodycare’s acquisition by Pacific Health Group, a leading provider of healthcare and rehabilitation services.
Bodycare is one of Australia’s leading providers of occupational health services, delivering injury prevention, workplace health and early intervention solutions to organisations across Australia and New Zealand.
The transaction represents a strategic acquisition for Pacific Health Group, enhancing its integrated healthcare offering and strengthening its position in occupational health and workplace wellbeing services. Through this acquisition, Bodycare will join Pacific Health Group’s broader platform, which is supported by private equity firm Five V, enabling continued growth and expansion of its service offering while maintaining its strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for clients and their employees.
Arnold Bloch Leibler’s transaction team was led by Corporate and M&A partner Jeremy Lanzer, supported by Ari Bendet (Senior Associate) and Robyn Kalkhoven (Lawyer). Tax advice was provided by Jonathan Ortner (Partner) and George Bassil (Senior Associate).
Bodycare Founder Dean Mohr said:
“When I started Bodycare, the goal was simple – to ensure that every worker could go to and from work each and every day, injury free. This next step is about making sure Bodycare continues to grow, evolve and support workplaces into the future, while staying true to the values it was founded on.”
Jeremy Lanzer commented:
“We are pleased to have supported Dean Mohr, Jeremy Kestenberg and the entire Bodycare leadership team on this strategic transaction. The partnership with Pacific Health Group positions the business for its next phase of growth and expansion, and reflects the strength of Bodycare’s market-leading occupational health services.”
