Arnold Bloch Leibler has acted for Votiro Cybersec, a global leader in cybersecurity technology, in connection with its latest capital raising.

Corporate and M&A partner Jeremy Lanzer and newly appointed senior associate Simone Gould advised on all aspects of the US$4.6 million raising, which was led by ASX-listed Senetas Corporation.

In Senetas’ ASX announcement, the CEO, Andrew Wilson stated: “The funds are required to meet the substantial increase in customer engagement Votiro is experiencing as a result of the realisation of the malware/ransomware threats posed to business and government alike.”

Jeremy Lanzer congratulated Votiro on the investment: “We are pleased to have assisted Votiro in this next stage of its expansion plans. We look forward to working with the Votiro team as they continue to deliver their specialist technology to the global market.”
