About Noah

Noah is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Corporate and M&A department. He has a particular focus on private equity, private and public M&A, shareholder activism and corporate governance. 

He acts for a diverse range of commercial clients, including private capital sponsors, listed companies, corporates and large privately-held businesses. Noah has significant experience in complex and large-scale corporate transactions across various industry sectors including consumer, retail, technology, hospitality, sport, healthcare and financial services.

Noah joined the firm in 2018 and was admitted to practice in 2020. Between 2022 and 2026, Noah practised in the London office of Latham & Watkins, a leading international law firm, where he acted on some of the largest cross-border transactions in the European market. Noah returned to the firm as a Senior Associate in 2026.

Noah holds a Bachelor Commerce and a Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne and has undertaken study at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Noah has been recognised by Doyle’s Guide as a Rising Star for Corporate Law.

Practice focus

Noah's practice focuses on the following areas:

  • public takeovers, schemes and mergers;
  • private M&A;
  • private equity;
  • stakeholder agreements, including partnership, shareholder and joint venture agreements;
  • capital markets, including IPOs;
  • shareholder activism;
  • listed and non-listed corporate governance, compliance and advisory;
  • corporate restructurings; and
  • general commercial and corporate advice.

Private Equity

  • Ares Management on the US$3.7 billion acquisition of GCP International, the international business of GLP Capital Partners, with potential additional consideration of up to US$1.5 billion*
  • Bridgepoint on the acquisition of a majority stake in mydentist, the UK’s leading provider of affordable dentistry, from Palamon Capital Partners *
  • BGH Capital on its bid to acquire Virgin Australia
  • CVC on the GBP£2 billion acquisition of Smiths Detection, a global leader in threat-detection and security-screening technologies, from Smiths Group plc.*
  • Exponent on its investment in Hippo Digital, a UK public-sector digital-transformation provider.*
  • TA Associates, PSG and Verdane on the sale of Hornetsecurity, a leading European cybersecurity company, to Proofpoint.*
  • Yellow Wood Partners on the acquisition of Elida Beauty, a portfolio of more than 20 beauty and personal-care brands, from Unilever, and the merger of Elida Beauty with Suave Brands.*
