Senior partner Mark Leibler, who co-chaired both the Expert Panel and the Referendum Council which culminated in the release of the Uluru Statement from the Heart, has responded to yesterday's announcement from Opposition Leader Peter Dutton that his party will not support a constitutionally enshrined Voice to Parliament and the executive government.

Mark is quoted across the NINE newspapers, including the AFR, SMH and AGE, describing the consultations that resulted in the Voice proposal as "the most systematic, comprehensive and culturally sensitive" ever undertaken with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians.
