Clint Harding is a partner practising in the firm’s taxation department with particular expertise in corporate and international tax, the taxation of financial instruments and transactions, and the management of tax audits and disputes with the Australian Tax Office (ATO). His clients have included both public and private organisations, particularly in the corporate and banking sectors.
Paul Sokolowski is a specialist tax lawyer, and has been a partner of Arnold Bloch Leibler since 2001. He is the national practice leader of the firm’s taxation practice and advises a range of clients, including (ultra) high-net-worth individuals, large private groups, public entities and not-for-profits, on Federal tax issues in reviews, audits and disputes, and in domestic and international transactions.
Kaitilin Lowdon is a Senior Associate in the firm’s taxation practice. Kaitilin acts for a diverse range of clients, in high profile and complex tax audits and disputes across a wide range of taxation matters. Her clients include high wealth individuals and their businesses.
