Arnold Bloch Leibler has acted for MAB Corporation on the sale of a 50% interest in Uni Hill Factory Outlets to ASX-listed Vicinity Centres, for $67.8 million. MAB Corporation will continue to retain a 50% interest in the asset.

The firm’s Property & Development team, led by Partner Ken Gray and Senior Associate Dorian Henneron and assisted by lawyers Stefano Vinci and Lily Chen, advised on all aspects of the transaction, including sale and co-ownership documentation and the negotiation of agreements.

Ken Gray commented: “We are pleased to have assisted MAB on this significant matter, particularly given current retail and economic conditions”. Dorian Henneron added: “The transaction reflects a high level of confidence in the quality of the Uni Hill asset”.

Developed by MAB and opened in 2008, Uni Hill is located in Melbourne's north within MAB’s award-winning 104 hectare University Hill project and includes five mini-major tenants and 94 specialty tenancies.
