Arnold Bloch Leibler partner Christine Fleer explains to The Age that when lawyers know their clients as well as we do, wills and powers of attorney can be witnessed with the required care and judgement via a video call.

With concern about COVID-19 top of mind, more people are wanting to create or change wills and powers of attorney but are struggling to meet the legal requirement of having two people in their presence to witness the documents.
