Arnold Bloch Leibler advised leading independent Australian property investment manager, Centennial, on the financing of its $42.1 million acquisition of 15 Daniel Street, Wetherill Park, Sydney for its Enhanced Value Partnership (EVP) Fund.

The 2.08-hectare industrial and logistics site comprises a fully leased 7,449 sqm warehouse and approximately 9,000 sqm of vacant developable land with DA approval for a multi-tenant estate.

The acquisition marks a significant milestone for Centennial, representing the final industrial asset acquired to close out its $730 million EVP industrial Fund, which is now fully deployed across 14 industrial assets across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Arnold Bloch Leibler congratulates Centennial on reaching this significant milestone since the funds inception in 2023.

The Arnold Bloch Leibler team has advised Centennial on all fund and financing related aspects in connection with the EVP Fund, including fund establishment and providing ongoing advice in relation to the associated syndicated financing, which has been progressively upsized since inception to support the fund’s growth.

The ABL finance team comprised Banking & Finance Partner Nathan Briner and Lawyer Liam Johnson with the ABL corporate/fund team led by Corporate/M&A Partner Scott Phillips.

Nathan Briner commented, “We are very pleased to have supported Centennial on its final property acquisition for the EVP portfolio.  This significant milestone reflects Centennial’s strong track record in sourcing, managing and developing high-quality industrial investment opportunities on the eastern seaboard. We wish Centennial great success for the future of the EVP Fund.”
