The development - Sydney Swans HQ (pictured in main image) - will be the new home of the Sydney Swans elite men’s and women’s football teams, netball teams, as well as young athletes in the QBE Sydney Swans Academy. The facility will also include a community hub and an international netball court and training centre.
Property & Development partner Kevin Frawley and senior associate Michael Repse arranged for the documents to be finalised and signed last week.
Kevin Frawley commented on the development: “Initially, the COVID-19 pandemic provided significant challenges for the project. We are now pleased to see the project progress following the signing with the Sydney Swans and we look forward to seeing this world-class facility on completion.”
Construction is expected to start immediately and be completed in late 2022.
