Kevin joined Arnold Bloch Leibler in 1985 and became a partner in 1994.
Kevin is a member of the property & development and dispute resolution & litigation groups. His practice focuses on the following areas:
- construction and project management, including the preparation and negotiation of construction and engineering contract documentation and providing strategic advice during construction; and
- commercial litigation, including litigation in the Supreme, Federal and appellate Courts, with particular emphasis on corporate, trust, insurance and property disputes.
