Newly appointed partners Bridget Little and Jeremy Lanzer have been featured in the Australian Financial Review's coverage of its 2018 Legal Partnership Survey.

Reporter Misa Han writes that as the rulebook for making partner in a law firm is changing, Arnold Bloch Leibler has promoted Bridget and Jeremy “to join its tightly held partnership”.

Bridget describes her unusual journey to partnership, having been thrust into a leadership role two years ago, and working with her team to build a diverse and thriving workplace advisory practice.

Jeremy outlines his decision to undertake an MBA, while working full-time as a senior associate and also starting a young family.

While Bridget and Jeremy agree there's no blueprint for making partner in an increasingly competitive environment, their suggestions for young lawyers include being open to trying different areas of law, and having passions outside of work that make you a more well-rounded person.
