Amelia Kelly is a senior associate in Arnold Bloch Leibler’s Sydney office and is a member of the commercial litigation & dispute resolution practice group. She advises public and private companies and individuals on a broad range of general commercial litigation and dispute resolution issues, as well as matters relating to insolvency and the Corporations Act.

Amelia graduated from the University of New England in 2001 with first class honours and was admitted to practice in 2002 as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.

Previously a senior lawyer with boutique Sydney firms Atanaskovic Hartnell and Chang, Pistilli & Simmons, Amelia joined Arnold Bloch Leibler in 2008 and was appointed a senior associate of the firm in 2009.

Amelia is also editor of LexisNexis’ Australian Corporation Law and Practice loose-leaf service.
