Lior Harel is a member of Arnold Bloch Leibler’s commercial & corporate and banking & finance groups. He has been involved in a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, property developments, project and structured finance arrangements, and the preparation and negotiation of a broad range of commercial and business agreements.

While completing his law degree at The University of Melbourne, Lior worked at Arnold Bloch Leibler as a paralegal, before commencing articles in 2004. From May 2007 to June 2009, he worked in Arnold Bloch Leibler’s Sydney office and during this time he was seconded to the Private Banking team of Investec Bank (Australia) for 3 months. Lior was appointed a senior associate in January 2009.

Lior has published a number of articles in international banking and finance journals.
