Jorja Cleeland practises in commercial and corporate law with a particular focus on public and private capital raisings, floats, takeovers, business acquisitions and corporate law advice. She has diverse corporate experience, having acted for a broad spectrum of public corporations and privately held businesses.

Jorja joined Arnold Bloch Leibler in 2003, after graduating in arts and law from Monash University. She works closely with partner Jane Sheridan in the commercial & corporate practice in Melbourne and Sydney. In 2006, Jorja was seconded as a legal adviser to the Takeovers Panel for eight months. Jorja was appointed as a senior associate in 2008.
