John Mengolian practises in commercial litigation with a particular emphasis on property development and property-related litigation, and building and construction disputes. John has acted for a variety of clients, including commercial and residential property developers, builders and land owners.

John graduated in arts and law in 2001 and was admitted to practice in Victoria in 2002. He was formerly a lawyer at a mid-tier firm, where he acted for clients in a diverse range of matters, including residential and commercial building disputes, mining disputes and a variety of other commercial litigation matters.

John joined Arnold Bloch Leibler in 2005, was appointed as a senior associate in 2007 and then as a partner in 2010.
