Danuta specialises in property & development with a particular focus on commercial property transactions. She has acted for a number of Australia’s major property developers, institutional investors and banks, together with government (local and state) and educational institutions. A strong property generalist, Danuta has wide experience in distilling key issues and exercising sound judgment to assist clients achieve their desired commercial outcomes.

Danuta graduated from The University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Laws in 1993, a year after completing a Bachelor of Economics. She commenced her career in Adelaide at Finlaysons before moving to Melbourne and joining Mallesons Stephen Jaques, where she became a senior associate in 2001. Danuta moved to Macpherson + Kelley Lawyers as a partner in 2004, before joining Arnold Bloch Leibler’s property practice as a senior associate in 2007. She was appointed as special counsel in 2008.
