This newsletter focuses on the firm's recent involvement in a trial (externship programme) with the Aurora Project, as well as cultural awareness activities and initiatives undertaken by the firm. It also includes key results of the firm's latest public interest law report with a focus on the firm's long and strong relationships with various Indigenous communities throughout Australia.

| | 17 May | Arnold Bloch Leibler wins 'M&A Deal of the Year' Arnold Bloch Leibler was awarded 'M&A Deal of the Year' for our involvement in the Patrick takeover by Toll Holdings, at the ALB (Australasian Legal Business magazine) Deal of the Year awards dinner in Sydney on Tuesday 15 May. The firm's litigation team, led by Leon Zwier, represented Patrick over the eight month period. Arnold Bloch Leibler was one of six firms involved in the deal, but it was the litigation aspects that were highlighted by ALB. (PDF format 176Kb)
