| 17 May | Arnold Bloch Leibler wins 'M&A Deal of the Year' Arnold Bloch Leibler was awarded 'M&A Deal of the Year' for our involvement in the Patrick takeover by Toll Holdings, at the ALB (Australasian Legal Business magazine) Deal of the Year awards dinner in Sydney on Tuesday 15 May. The firm's litigation team, led by Leon Zwier, represented Patrick over the eight month period.
