About Krystal

Krystal Pellow is a member of the firm’s property & development practice and has a particular focus on sales and acquisitions, and commercial and retail leasing. She has represented private, corporate and institutional clients in a broad range of commercial property matters, including commercial and retail leasing for major landlords, tenants and statutory authorities.

Krystal graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws with honours from Monash University and was admitted to practice in 2008. She joined Arnold Bloch Leibler in 2011 and was appointed a senior associate in 2012.

Practice focus

Krystal’s practice focuses on the following areas:

  • sales and acquisitions, including commercial, retail, industrial and mixed-use properties;
  • development and subdivisions;
  • leasing, including commercial, retail, industrial, and crown leasing and licensing; and
  • property due diligence.

Experience

Krystal has acted for private and public companies, major landowners and property developers in a range of property transactions, including on behalf of:

  • Liquidators of Willmott Forests Limited: in relation to the sale of forestry land and assets in the Bombala region in Victoria and New South Wales, including the forestry plantations forming part of the Willmott managed investment schemes;
  • Liquidators of Gunns Group of Companies: in relation to the sale of the timber plantations;
  • Charter Hall Group: in relation to the acquisition of industrial properties by the Core Logistics Partnership Trust, including the acquisition of the Peters Ice Cream industrial facility in Melbourne’s south-east;
  • Julliard Group of Companies: in relation to ongoing retail and commercial leasing matters;
  • Digital Harbour Consortium: in relation to the sale of buildings within the Digital Harbour precinct at Melbourne Docklands;
  • Baracon Group: in relation to the acquisition of the 41-storey ‘Wrap’ residential development in City Road, South Melbourne;
  • MAB Corporation: in relation to various acquisitions and disposals, including large development sites at Merrifield and Valley Lake Estate, Niddrie;
  • Marks Henderson: in relation to the acquisition and sale of commercial and industrial properties in Victoria;
  • Fonterra: in relation to the sale of its Australian yoghurt and dairy desserts business to Parmalat Australia;
  • Telstra Corporation: in relation to commercial leasing matters; and
  • Intrapac Projects: in relation to the acquisition and development of residential development sites, including a staged residential planned community located at Keysborough, Melbourne.
